This was the second season Michael Jordan laced up to play for the Washington Wizards with team mate Richard "Rip" Hamilton.

The Washington wizards again failed to make the playoffs and Michael Jordan once stated that he felt his efforts in coming out of retirement to offer some leadership in the dressing room wasnt being appreciated by the other Washington Wizard front office folks.
