Air Jordan 15 (XV)
Air Jordan 15 (XV) - A Far cry from the previous 13 & 14 models, this shoe quite possibly could be the ugliest Air Jordan ever made. I never wore this shoe, so I can’t speak on its performance first hand. But I’ve read that the mid-sole mesh or whatever it’s called, offers zero support and makes it easy to roll an ankle. So ugly cosmetics and poor performance make for a write off.
My guess would be that when the athlete endorsing the shoe retires, you’d really have to step up your efficiency in both cosmetics and technology in order to make sure the shoe sells itself. in this case, the Air Jordan team must have had a different logic. With that being said, I don’t want to knock them too hard for trying new things and I’m sure some people don’t think they’re as bad as I have said. So I’ll just leave this page with some pictures and you can judge for yourself.
